The Sierra Pacific Synod The ELCA is divided geographically into synods. Advent is in the Sierra Pacific Synod, which includes Northern California and Northern Nevada. Monterey Bay Conference Each synod is divided geographically into conferences. Advent is a part of the Monterey Bay conference, which includes all ELCA and some Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod congregations from Morgan Hill to King City. |
